Mid-Century Modern with a Punch

Before remodeling, this kitchen space was minimal, tight & very dark. Being the center of the home for this busy family, improvements were needed. HomeCrest Cabinetry, using the sleek Rainier door style & an Anchor finish on Maple wood, kept the integrity of the home & updated the look. The new layout allowed us to push the peninsula out to give a wider prep space. Recessing the refrigerator into the back wall opened up the traffic path. Adding deep drawers allowed for functional storage & the full-height doors below the microwave is actually a base pantry! The homeowner’s choice of tangerine orange & their selection of furnishings really gave the space a personality that reflects those that live here.
