I attended Central Michigan University where I studied Interior Design and Construction Management. I’ve been working in the design industry for 6 years, with over 4 years of that time working as the Showroom Coordinator at Williams. With my education in design and construction management, it was a natural progression to work in the kitchen and bath industry. Working at Williams has allowed me to use my knowledge and experience as I work closely with our sales and design team, as well as assisting clients. I’m inspired by how loyal our customers are to the Williams brand, and it’s satisfying to know that I play a role in why people enjoy working with us. From answering phones and being a friendly face when they visit our showroom, to assisting with designs and quoting jobs, I love being a part of a great team that cares about our customers, and takes pride in providing exceptional service from start to finish.
