Whether you are working through a builder, remodel contractor, interior designer/decorator, or on your own, we have developed a system proven to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction. We work hard to earn your business through this process and try to make it easy and enjoyable for you when ordering your dream kitchen, luxury bathroom, or dressing up any room in your home.
Find a Look That is Right For You
Our design process begins with scheduling an appointment with you to visit our showroom. During this appointment, one of our designers will work with you to understand your ideas, needs and lifestyle, as well as discuss your plans and work with you to set your goals and budget.
During this initial appointment, we recommend you bring in your floor plan or measurements, as well as magazine clippings, photos, and any ideas you’ve collected. You and your designer will discuss the general look you would like to achieve, and any ideas, features or accessories you would like included in your design.
Design For Value and Function
After you and your designer have discussed your ideas and goals, they will take all of the information gathered at the first meeting and design the best possible layout for your project based on your needs, lifestyle and budget. Your designer will then set up a second meeting with you to present the design and cost estimates.
Finalize the Design
Once you have a design you are happy with, your designer will visit your home for field measurements to ensure all products will fit and function properly. Once these measurements are confirmed, you will once again meet with your designer to begin the final design and specification process. You will discuss styles, finishes, decorative hardware, and accessories for your cabinetry, as well as the timing of your project and delivery options. We will work with you on every aspect of your order until you are completely satisfied with the layout and style of your kitchen or bath.
Bring Your Vision to Life
Your designer’s involvement will not end once your order is placed. Once your product is delivered, your designer will work closely with you and your contractor during installation to ensure your project is installed according to the design.
